Thinking Pathways to Leadership Advanced Program
June-September, 2024

The Thinking Pathways to Leadership Advanced Program is a four-month online leadership development program designed to cultivate and enhance leadership skills through advanced thinking processes.

About  the Thinking Pathways to Leadership Advanced Program

This program offers a comprehensive curriculum covering thinking tools to address essential topics including but not limited to strategic planning, operational leadership, goal setting, system thinking, leading projects, and communication skills.

As a participant in this program, you will join a cohort of 10 to 15 individuals committed to personal and professional growth. Throughout the four-month duration of the program, you will engage in live sessions, interactive discussions, and collaborative activities aimed at honing your leadership capabilities.

One distinctive feature of the Thinking to Leadership Advanced Program is its emphasis on practical application. Participants will be required to work on an existing project relevant to their professional or personal interests. Each cohort member will be tasked with presenting the results of their project at a concluding symposium, providing a platform for sharing insights and lessons learned.

Active participation is critical to maximizing this program's benefits. Cohort members are expected to attend live sessions, contribute to discussion boards, share challenges, and provide constructive feedback to fellow participants. We aim to facilitate meaningful growth and development for all participants by fostering a supportive and collaborative learning environment.

We are pleased to offer this workshop free of charge for this iteration. Upon successfully completing all required activities, participants will receive a certificate of completion acknowledging their dedication and achievement.

We encourage individuals passionate about leadership and committed to continuous learning to apply for the Thinking to Leadership Advanced Program. Together, we can embark on a journey of transformation and empowerment.
